I'm Lexi.

Aspiring artist. Student. 

 

I'm currently a student at the University of Virginia's College at Wise studying visual art and communication. I'm mercilessly pursuing a dream and experiencing all of the challenges along the way. I'm learning that much like my work, life is about enjoying the "in progress" photos just as much as you enjoy the finished piece. I once heard that if you want to paint a masterpiece, you want to hide the brushstrokes. I'm here to challenge that by showing all the struggles, pains, and challenges that we all face as we put layer after layer on to hide what's underneath.
